Hycrest, like Riot in the Void, is a dynamic dungeon. This means you have some control over the missions you wish to complete. As an example see the below, a walk-through to Priority Target.
First start by choosing The Science of Revenge
Next you will have to hunt down the three scientist:
After you kill the scientist you will fight a mini-boss, that is a chua.
Enter the nearby barn to continue the mission and move onto the next step:
Choose, The Keymaster
You will then have to head towards Hycrest for the next objective:
After dealing with the dominion, head back down to the lake in the city, for the next prompted objective. If you made the two previous choices it will always be the same, The Thresher Initiative:
You have to investigate the disappearances around Hycrest. At its end this will trigger a mini gauntlet and a mini-boss.
Once accomplished, return to the bar near the lake once more to get another choice. This time choose Raid Warning.
You will then receive 3 objectives, all disarming objectives. Leave Hycrest and take them out as you see fit.
To disarm them you will need to play simon

Head back to the next prompted area, a farm house, and you will receive Priority Target automatically:
Disable the security systems in Hycrest. The first one is near the chapel as soon as you come in. The other two are near governors building on the other side of town headed toward the graveyard:
Once you've dealt with the security systems you will be prompted to reach the rendezvous point behind the chapel. Head there, then you will be prompted to finish the mission and confront the final boss. You will find him inside of the chapel in Hycrest.
