Hey all, If you haven't heard / seen already, then you probably will by Friday. Looks like we may have to grind back up our influence, at least for now. No word back from Carbine. Given this, I've gone ahead and started documenting influence gains. I've gathered from in-game source that influence is gained by killing mobs that grant exp to grouped members. The larger the group the more influence gained. So essentially I don't think influence gain has any impact on medal status, simply the mobs killed. I had a feeling that if this was the case WoTW would be a cash cow. I was wrong. I have to do some more investigating, but based on my initial run down I've come up with the following: Content | Influence Gain | Average Time
| Riot in the Void | {9 K} | 20~25 min
| WoTW | {7 K} | 18~21 min
| Crime Lords | {15 K} | 30 min
| Siege | {15 K}
| 28~30 min
| STL | {13 K}
| 25 min
| KV | {13 K}
| 25~30 min
| SKC |
|
| SSM |
|
| Dailies
| 2 players (9K) + 7K for each player after
|
|
*I'm starting to wonder if ship-hands play into this too, and they probably do...** Also I'm anticipating that STL might be the best for influence runs ultimately given the quick turn around and that it should have more than 15K influence gain for sure each run. *** Over the weekend I'll be sure to fully invest myself in timed runs and heavy recruitment which is already paying off for the TMV Raid circle.
