I will note the the following: Flak Cannon can be switched out for Energy Auger giving you more uptime with your voltality. This is especially fun and useful if you're rocking Unsteady Miasma. Combined with Volatility Rising and proper use of your innate Mode: Provoke means solid uptime on, at the very least, 25% deflect chance on top of whatever you already have. Throw Volatile Injection into the mix tier 4 for an added interrupt shield, increased critical deflect by 10% and added voltality and this makes for a good series of mitigation while these abilities are running, that can surpass the passive 5% deflect of tier 4 Bruiser Bot. Further, please note that Boosted Armor Amp does stack with healers other armor boosting spells even though the tooltip of the buffs does not reflect this, and that depending on the chosen LAS here Repeat Business may be a definite must.

One last further note: Obstruct Vision can peel off an IA (Interrupt Armor). With zap tier for this means you can interrupt a two shielded boss or enemy yourself. The CDs on both are a grisly 30 seconds though. Tier 4 of Obstruct Vision has some interesting utility. While I have not been using it lately it can come in handy for group utility giving you and 4 allies an additional IA which can prevent most CC's so your blinds, your disorients, and disarms, etc. It also applies blind which hinders targets visions so another 25% deflect chance, and it does decent damage too. Note though, that tier 8 seems promising but ultimately makes no sense. As you add points in this ability blind duration goes up, good for the 25% deflect, bad for the tier 8 ability, which allows for an interrupt to occur if the blind goes the full duration. Usually by the time it does go the full duration whatever you are fighting will put back on another IA and no the tier 8 interrupt does not take it off, the tier 8 interrupt acts as a complete interrupt not an IA remover. Also note that this ability on its own can't interrupt, unless maxed to tier 8 which seems like a waste.

Is T8 Particle Ejector good for tanking?
Some of the theorycrafting stalkers say it's really good for armor expose.

Tier 8 Particle Ejector is my bread and butter at least. Its my main source of threat as it scales a % increase to threat with each ability point spent. (I believe they are making a similar change to warriors menacing strike so they can have a staking threat gen.) Additionally, it does a good heavy chunk of damage. Check my damage meter its always on top. Its like electrocute but for tanks lol. Not to mention the 20% armor expose.... doesn't appear to stack with tier 4 Bio Shell though
