This is my personal preference/build for the new Drop 5 changes.

- You can swap out any of the utility to bring smackdown
Rotation:
RS+BS til max KE -> Rampage -> Whirlwind -> Tremor -> Rampage -> Innate -> Rampage -> Whirlwind -> Tremor -> Rampage -> Relentless Strike 4x -> Whirlwind -> (Relentless if Rampage still on CD) -> Rampage -> Tremor -> Relentless Strike 4x -> (repeat after Innate)
Seems complicating.. not exactly. What I am basically doing is putting in either Whirlwind, Tremor, or Relentless Strike 4x TWICE after every rampage with a few exceptions. Use Breaching Strikes every time it is off CD.
Whirlwind is first priority, then Tremor, then Relentless Strike. I'll explain in detail the choices of my abilities and thought process in the rotation...
List of importance: Rampage > Whirlwind > Tremor > Relentless Strike
Part 1) RS+BS til max KE - Need to start charging up that KE for big deeps to come..
Part 2) Rampage -> Whirlwind -> Tremor -> Rampage -> Innate - blow every CD abilities before hitting that innate, which resets all your CD.
Part 3) Rampage -> Whirlwind -> Tremor - again blowing every CD abilities after innate, near the end is when you finish your initial burst.
Part 4) Rampage -> Relentless Strike 4x -> Whirlwind -> (Relentless if Rampage still on CD) - All of your abilities are on CD so you have no choice but to throw in Relentless Strikes, but Whirlwind will be up after four swings so throw that next. Then throw in rampage right after (if it is still on CD, then throw a few more Relentless Strikes in, using tremor is a waste when Rampage has 1sec CD around this point)
Part 5) Rampage -> Tremor -> Relentless Strike 4x -> (repeat Part 3) - After Rampage and Tremor, whirlwind has only 1 sec CD left but I choose to throw in Relentless Strikes 4x. Why? Rampage has only 2 sec CD left and you can pretty much restart your rotation all over from the start after the first use of innate.
Update: For maximum DPS, try slotting in Augmented Blade for a 7 button rotation. I parsed 300-600 DPS higher on the dummy, but the amount of effort is ten times higher so it makes you wonder if it's even worth wasting a LAS for it. I recommend using once you got your normal rotation down purely on muscle memory. The current rotation is already intensive in terms of KE usage with reliance on your limited rs/bs and amps for KE generation. I prefer about 5-10 stacks before turning AB off. Still looking into a more effective way of utilizing AB when I am not lazy.
